Is the machine suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! We did our very best to get our hands on original AK-1 tufting machines which are known for being great for beginners. We really wanted to make sure our customers get to create beautiful rugs right from the start!
Do you offer warranty?
We over six months warranty. In addition to the warranty, we also send replacement parts with the kit and we offer remote technical support to guide you through fixing any issues you may have

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. If your purchase is over $200, your shipping will be free of charge.
